Ervin Chng

Director, Business Development

Ervin Chng Kim Seng graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic (Singapore) in 1992 with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Ervin started off his career in the ACMV industries with Libra Enterprises and Engineering Pte Ltd in 1993. As a Project Engineer, he handled several large-scale projects which he delivered smoothly and timely without fail.

In 1995 he worked for Trans Equatorial Pte Ltd as an Electrical Engineer. During his stint there, he learned the fundamental of power and electrical work. From 1997 to 2010, Ervin joined Provac International Pte Ltd as the Project Engineer and was subsequently promoted to Project Manager in 2001 and Project Director in 2005.

Project management is also about human relationship management and certainly technical know-how to ensure quality and cost effective work must be delivered. Ervin has strongly equipped with both these two equally important attributes. With his expertise and experience in handling projects independently, combining with his very established rapport with main contractors and subcontractors in this industry, he will always ensure smooth delivery and timely completion for Fidecs Clients.

Stanley Han

Director, Operation

Stanley Han Lan Shoon has obtained Diploma (Merit) in Mechanical Engineering in 1999 from Ngee Ann Polytechnic (Singapore). Upon graduation, he started his career as a Project Supervisor in ACMV industries with Thermal Pte Ltd. Subsequently, he had been awarded a scholarship by Thermal in Year 2000. He graduated from Nanyang Technological University with B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical & Production Engineering in 2003. Upon graduation, he returned to Thermal and started his profession in project management in ACMV. During his years of service, he had independently managed and successfully completed several large scale ACMV projects.

In 2007, he joined Bintai Kindenko Pte Ltd, one of the largest local M&E Contractor firm in Singapore. At Bintai Kindenko, he has expanded his exposure in project management in handling larger scale projects which amounted more than tens of millions dollars. In 2009, he was appointed as the Head of Operation (Vietnam) to spearhead Bintai Kindenko(Vietnam) Co, Ltd’s operation in Vietnam. Under his leadership from 2009 to 2012, BKV has been contracted for MEP installation works, amongst which, the Indochina Plaza Hanoi was one of the prominent and award winning development in Vietnam.

He is now responsible for Fidecs operation to ensure timely and quality projects delivery to clients and venturing overseas business development.
